NREL MapSearch

Maps created by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). NREL is a national laboratory of the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. This data includes maps of regions of the world based on input. The maps are produced by NREL from their GIS software. This is a repository for sharing the maps. The maps show renewable energy use, emissions, biomass, solar power/wind energy, etc. by location (mostly by state).
